Our Metacognitive Class Teaches through

We teach theories that underlie learning, memory, attention and motivation, so that students understand conceptually why it is important that they employ strategies to improve in these areas.

We then teach how to apply the theories in real life. We teach the exact methods that metacognitive implementation experts that work directly with schools as well as cognitive remediation experts that work with students in improving students self-regulated learning.

Confidence boost following metacognition course
The metacognitive course, focusing on attention, strategy use, English proficiency, and memory techniques, played a crucial role in boosting Fred’s confidence.
